This contest is provided by Story Network, LLC located at 57 Branch
Brook Place, Suite 3B, Newark, NJ 07104
1. How To Enter: No purchase necessary. Must be U.S. resident
thirteen years of age or older or under the age of thirteen with parental
consent to enter. To enter the contest on line, complete an official
entry form which is displayed on the main contest page located on the
themusicstories.com web site at: "Win a Britney Prize Package." Entrants
will be asked to provide an e-mail address, age, and gender. Entrants
must complete all data requested on the entry form in order for the
contest entry to be valid. Entries made by Internet will be deemed made
by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at
time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person
who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider,
on line service provider or other organization that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted
e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other
computer entry, potential winner must provide Story Network, LLC. with
proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of
the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. Limit
one (1) entry per person, per prize. Subsequent entries from the same
individual will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is
assumed by Story Network, LLC. for lost, late, misdirected, illegible
or mutilated entries or any computer, on line telephone or technical
malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Story
Network, LLC. and will not be returned.
2. Winner Selection/Deadline Dates: Sweepstakes begins 6/22/00
12:00:01 AM and ends 8/11/00 11:59:59 PM. Online entries must be received
by 8/11/00 11:59:59 PM. Winners will be selected in a random drawing
every 10 days during the contest from among all eligible on line entries
received. Random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of
Story Network, LLC., whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize
depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. Prizes: Prizes will be selected from the "Prize Pool" on http://www.themusicstories.com/contests.html
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes permitted except
that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Winners will be notified
by e-mail.
4. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to persons thirteen
years of age or older at the time of entry or persons under the age
of thirteen with parental consent. Void where prohibited by law. Story
Network, LLC. and any contractors working directly on Story Network,
LLC. programs, products and promotions, their affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members
of each are not eligible.
5. General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to abide by the
terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Story Network,
LLC. which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest.
This Contest is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of the United States. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations in the United States. Winners
will be notified within a reasonable time after the drawing date. Winners
may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity
release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification.
Non compliance within this time period may result in disqualification
and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification
as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an
alternate winner. Entrants further grant to Story Network, LLC. the
right to use and publish their email address online and in print in
any other media in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize
constitutes permission for Story Network. to use winner's names and
likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release
and hold harmless Story Network, LLC., their respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all
liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or
in connection with this Contest or any prize won.
6. Internet: If for any reason the Internet portion of the program
is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Story Network, LLC.
Which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of this Contest, Story Network, LLC. reserves the
right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the Contest. Story Network, LLC. assumes no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of, entries. Story Network, LLC. is not responsible
for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or
lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Story Network,
LLC. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet
or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury
or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to
or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this
Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANYONE TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE

Web site on the Internet.
8. Fulfillment: Story Network, LLC. or other parties chosen by
Story Network, LLC. will fulfill all prizes.
9. Use of Submitted User Information: By entering this sweepstakes,
the entrant authorizes Story Network, LLC. And/or themusicstories.com,
to put all submitted data fields and data collected into a Story Network,
LLC. owned database for direct marketing purposes. Submitted data fields
may include, and are not limited to, email address, name, gender, address,
occupation, age, computer chip serial identification number or any other
type of legally-obtainable information Story Network, LLC. collects
from this contest.
10. Alternative Prizes: No cash alternative will be awarded for
any prize.
11. Copy of Rules: Anyone may request a free copy of the official
rules (as contained herein) and/or a statement setting forth the prize
winners by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Story Network,

12. Odds: The odds of winning this sweepstakes are indeterminate
and depend upon the number of valid entries received.
